    I've had 3 herniated disks for over 20 years. This unit is the absolute best then any on the market and I have been using the same one!!! No kidding as I have tried many. I have been using mine 15 years plus. I buy this unit for friends and family as gifts that have many issues from head to toe! Never ever any complaints from them for this GIFT ! I have bought many units so --- Enough said. LOVE THERMOPHORE

    It's supposed to draw moisture from the ambient air, but I don't think it does. Basically an oversized, weighted heating pad, but a good one. Covers the whole mid-back to hamstring area.
