    Purchased liberty 11 in November 2022. Now dead in January 2025. Two months out of warranty. I purchased a $10 plastic heat pad at the drugstore that lasted longer. Disappointed! Now I see the website says made in China for this size. No longer a quality product?

    Love it, I bought 2 somewhere else local first and had to return them, weren't hot enough. This one is nice and hot. Don't care for the auto shut off, but is a good safety feature for some people.

    My can’t live without. It is in use every day. The closest thing to the heat they use in PT. The Max heat version, shuts off automatically after 25 minutes w/ 3 different settings. No button to hold down.

    We love our thermaphor even though it died! Ordered a new one which my husband is using tonight on his back. I used it on my niece last weekend. She is a dancer and she said it made a difference in her pain. I am calling tomorrow, Monday to order one for her! I have used this product for years in massage therapy and it is a wonderful healing product!
